Identification of humic substances on the transformation of an organic substrate

The organic matter of the soil and humus are heterogeneous in composition. That is why nature has not yet been fully understood causes many discussions. purpose this work to study identification features process peat's transformation. results a five-year experiment studying processes transformation organic-mineral substrate based on peat growing coniferous seedlings greenhouses presented. In dynamics group fractional composition for several years biochemical essence humification revealed. To extract specific humic substances from organogenic substrate, we used method fractioning into groups fractions, which stepwise sequential extraction using solutions sodium hydroxide sulfuric acid. It was found that passes through three stages transformation: hydrolysis products → initial lignin structures. There significant change ratio main favor acids at third stage. general, system tends its most stable state: aromatic structures copolymerized, core densified, gradually "matures".
